I sometimes find the comments on online manga reading websites to be extremely disturbing and scary. (I need to stop reading them, mostly because I try to believe that people are not as stupid as their comments make them seem)
Saw this today: ”Sawa raped Ayumu because he loves Ayumu. This detail makes the manga more romantic. I love this type. My heart was beating when i saw the extra. It’s really cute~~~ and romantic”
I don’t think these people know what rape is… its not something desirable or hot. Its sickening to see that this is how most people react to rape scenes in yaoi, and how these series just over glamorize rape.
(sorry just felt I needed to rant about this)
